Monetary Financial Assistance Limits
Domestic and International recipient caps represent the maximum potential assistance available within a 12-month period and is not guaranteed nor reserved for each recipient. Funding is awarded based on demonstrated need, medical necessity, and budget availability. NO reimbursements will be given directly to patient family.
There are currently no limitations on bandaging kits and virtual consults for active recipients.
Domestic Assistance Plan (per 12-month period)
Total Domestic Support Cap per recipient: $4,000
1. Compression Garments (After first free set per extremity to wash and wear)
Limitations:
Up to 2 sets per extremity per order
Not to exceed 16 garments total for more severe presentation
Order Frequency: Every 4–6 months
2. Therapy Sessions (In- Person)
Must be pre-approved based on medical necessity and budget availability.
Frequency: CDT every 4–6 months
Standard CDT Intensive Breakdown (15 sessions):
Weeks 1–2: 5 days each
Week 3: 3 days
Week 4: 2 days
Garments ordered on the last day of week 2
3. Surgical Assistance
Must be pre-approved based on medical necessity and budget availability.
International Assistance Plan (per 12-month period)
Total International Support Cap per recipient: $2,000
1. Compression Garments
Limitations:
Up to 2 sets per extremity
Not to exceed 8 garments total for more severe presentation
Order Frequency: Every 6 months
2. Therapy Sessions (In-person)
Must be pre-approved based on medical necessity and budget availability.
Frequency: CDT every 4–6 months
Standard CDT Intensive Breakdown (15 sessions):
Weeks 1–2: 5 days each
Week 3: 3 days
Week 4: 2 days
Garments ordered on the last day of week 2
